Caution on Money Transfers

It is well known that scammers attempt to hijack emails with bank account details, so that they can substitute their own account number. As a result, DO NOT deposit money to an account number mentioned in an email from us without verifying the account number by phone (to a known number – use (07) 2141 9288 or 0433 808 208). We will not use bank account details supplied by you without verification by phone – we follow a ‘read out read back’ protocol.
